The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong strategic understanding of the commercial purpose of Compliance and Audit as well as apply these skills in due diligence efforts and review of valuation analyses of investment decisions. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to enlist and engage fellow management and professionals in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment, helping to cement an international management structure. He/she should have the ability to manage and influence the delivery of change within an organization.
