Candidates should have experience with middle market lending experience with a principal focus on sponsor coverage and client relationships in the New York metro area. Candidates should have proven origination success, strong capital markets knowledge and structuring experience. Ideal candidates would have a track record of managing and growing a business/product line and have numerous industry, intermediary and management contacts. Additional attributes include strong communication skills, self-motivated and solid organizational skills.
