The Managing Director, Plan Tax Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of Association programs to assist member Plans and their licensed affiliates address complex federal income tax matters, as well as a variety of state tax issues. Specifically, the incumbent is accountable for developing and implementing policies, system-wide strategies, programs, and services to assist Plans in achieving compliance with federal tax laws while minimizing their federal income tax burden.
