Candidates should have 15+ years of middle market lending experience oriented toward companies with EBITDA of $5-50 million with financing needs of $15-150 million. Candidates should have proven origination success, strong capital markets knowledge and structuring experience. Ideal candidates would have a track record of managing and growing a business/product line and have numerous industry, intermediary and management contacts.
