Function as a key member of Senior Leadership team of Real Estate Central & Eastern Europe, and assume overall P&L responsibility for operational, financial, and employee performance for the Real Estate in Poland Ukraine & Russia. Responsible to achieve financial targets by driving volume, net income and expense management. Drive new business and growth strategies for Poland, Ukraine & Russia. Manage, coach, and develop team members, and drive employee performance processes. Oversee the integration of new acquisitions and employees.
