Responsible for coordinating and managing the accounting function. Duties include managing the accuracy and maintenance of the ledger accounts and/or managing the financial statement consolidation and SEC reporting functions. Analyzes financial statements in preparation for earnings releases. Directs a group of accountants. Participates in the most complex accounting projects.
