This position will be responsible for the worldwide U.S. GAAP consolidation and financial reporting for internal management, board of directors and external public reporting purposes, including all SEC financial reporting requirements. Manages the activities of the Corporate Reporting Department, including parent company accounting. Interfaces with Corporate Tax, Compensation, Legal, Treasury, Investor Relations, Business Development and other Corporate personnel.
