Conducting an audit / process review of the existing Monitoring & Evaluation team and ways of working; determine key ongoing activities & needs and make recommendations for improvement. Provide guidance to Program Managers and facilitate teams in designing logical framework models; incorporating output, outcome & impact indicators necessary to measure the success of projects and thus support the design of results driven projects focused on impact and scale.
