The individual will be responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Annula reporting schedules for corporate reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and general internal control compliance. They will handle financial forecasting, short, medium and long term. They will work with foreigh exchange management and reporting capital spending analysis and support plus intercompany transactions, GST and Nafta certificates. The Controller will manage A/R and A/P , plus payroll and admin. We are seeking candidates currently in a Plant Controller Role, with a CPA MBA or other certification, CA, CGA or CMA.
