$35b global Real Estate development and management firm based in NYC seeks a Portfolio Manager to launch and manage a Real Estate Mezzanine Debt Fund. Role will involve managing all mezzanine debt investment opportunities, due diligence and analysis, working with regional underwriting teams, originating loans and managing the portfolio. Investor capital is already available, should launch with $200-300m.
