This position will enhance and maximize the value of the owner's investment in real estate in the district. Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the properties under supervision so as to optimize the utilization of all resources available. Participate in formulation of overall property objectives, policies and plans appropriate to the scope of services on each specific assignment.
