Overall management of an on-site due diligence and data collection project team, subcontractors, and resources, with a specific focus on leveraging down costs. Developing a specific action plan to execute the on-time completion of due diligence services in concert with the Director. Overseeing and monitoring the completion of the day-to-day responsibilities of the due diligence team(s).
