The Portfolio Manager will oversee a portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments and manage a team of Asset Managers. This position oversees all duties of the asset management department, including, but not limited to property performance, Section 42 compliance, capital contributions, and review of all tax returns and financial statements.
