Tax Senior Managers draft and assist in the delivery of proposals for engagements and possess a working knowledge of the range of services offered by the organization. They are responsible for targeting and selling new and add-on services to current and target clients. Senior Managers provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of our clients. Engagement Tax Senior Managers will have responsibility for engagement budgeting, billing, management and scheduling. They are also responsible for the development and motivation of engagement staff and provide them with leadership, counseling and career guidance.
