Serve in leadership role as a key business partner of Regional VP of Operations. Leads the strategic and operational business planning processes, ensuring budgets and plans are cohesive, logical, and quantified. Manage budgets - prepare, justify and administer budgets that accurately forecast sales, margin, expenses, inventory and capital. Analyze financial performance - anticipate and forecast growth based on in-depth examination and integration of trends, current and past performance, business opportunities, and competitive market share. Act as a change agent for business improvement; continually develop new ideas and ways of thinking.
