Actively identify and support implementation of changes to the Risk Management program to ensure that all new corporate risk policies and requirements are assessed and implemented in a comprehensive and timely manner. Develop and maintain Lending Services Risk Management Standards, website and relevant risk management training materials. Provide support, oversight and guidance to Lending Services business units on Loss Events, GNEPs and Customer Complaints to ensure timely identification, escalation and identification of root cause.
