Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial and management reporting and will have the responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidance. Assist with the preparation and coordination of the investment related portions of the SEC and Statutory quarterly and annual reports, including financial statements, footnotes, 10Q/10K.
