Job Description:

This position will oversee all SEC reporting for the Company and its subsidiaries. Master's degree (MBA and/or CPA preferred) in accounting, finance, business administration or other job-related discipline preferred. Ten to Twelve years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting/Finance with 5 plus yeas of SEC reporting experience is desired.
