Our client a leading Westchester based publicly traded corporation seeks SEC talent to join their growing regulatory reporting team. In this role, you will prepare 10-Q's and 10-K's, document and ensure compliance to filing deadlines for SEC reports, prepare and present information to external auditors and internal management teams, assist with special projects, and serve as a project management lead on implementation/initiatives.
