Job Description:

This Senior Vice President, Compliance Position will lead a compliance team (the "Compliance Team") consisting of itself & a VP, Compliance Position (being created simultaneously) to support Capital Markets & GE's broker dealer to comply w/ broker-dealer rules & regulations. In addition to its supervisory role, the Compliance Team will assist GE units to provide training & to erect the requisite regulatory framework for their expanding broker-dealer activities.
