Manage the tax accounting process. Assure the integrity and correctness of the tax provisions and financial statement tax disclosures for all entities. Responsible for Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Must be a strong communicator, capable of directing and driving major accounting process and system change initiatives. Manage the preparation of and assure accuracy and integrity of accounting and transactional records to ensure proper financial reporting of tax matters. Work with external audit firm to assure sufficiency of tax information (and support therefore) in the financial statements.
