This role will be responsible for specific responsibilities will include ensuring the businesses are achieving tax efficiencies by providing tax research, tax planning, administration and interpretation of tax policies, tax support for mergers and acquisitions and related due diligence, supporting business development, overseeing tax audits and tax appeals and other disputes with various governmental agencies. This role is an excellent combination of both compliance and consulting/tax planning.
