Review the consolidated results and identify risk areas from an accounting point of view. Design effective analysis and internal reporting. Work with SEC reporting and implementation of accounting policies. Maintain and test certain Sarbanes-Oxley 404 key internal controls; particularly as they relate to the international consolidation and reporting function.
