Manages the audit process within dedicated assigned business areas in order to assist in evaluating whether organizational units are performing their planning, accounting, custodial and control activities appropriately. Reviews and attests that work papers are complete and that they provide sufficient evidence to support the work performed. Responsible for the completion of the department's schedule; approves staffing on audits; and assists staff in skill development. Develops user requirements for mainframe and personal computer applications.
