This position will be responsible for the establishment and successful operation of the Record to Report (R2R) team and processes in the International Shared Services Center. Contribution to the definition, analysis and improved design of processes to be shared, as a key member of a global process design team. Recruitment, retention, motivation and development of staff to operate the R2R process in the Center - initially expected to be c. 12-14 FTE in total. Manages, prepares, administers, and directs the accounting close and financial reporting process.
