Evaluating all US and local tax issues and opportunities presented by proposed business transactions and present concise assessments of those risks and opportunities to the business team and to the US tax team for review. This candidate must have sufficient experience to autonomously provide real time advice to the business, relying on US tax colleagues for consultation and support on technical issues.
