This role is largely responsible for leading or overseeing Joint Venture audits domestically and internationally where we are not the Operator of the property. This includes preparing for audits, conducting the audit, writing the audit report and responding to replies from the Operator as well as sharing findings with management. In addition, some involvement is expected in the areas of exception investigation, coordinating audits against us, management reporting and protective (desk) audits.
