Provide guidance and review of the planning, fieldwork and reporting phases of corporate and franchise audits. Assist in directing the overall audit relationship including the annual audit plan and audit budgets. Maintain and enhance audit procedures. Directly supervise and develop auditors through training, timely feedback and involvement in the recruiting process.
