As a highly driven motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to deliver results; you will oversee a national team of managers and clerical support staff. The main functions are to safeguard revenue and manage financial risk as well as collect outstanding balances on assigned accounts. You will lead the Client Relations team to a mutual goal of customer retention while observing the Risk management aspects as it relates to corporate profitability and bad debt reduction.
