Qualified Senior Mangers and Directors with extensive US GAAP and IFRS to work on the work on major deals involving foreign nations. You will have the opportunity be sponsored and employed by the London office of our Client. Key tasks will include translation of IFRS into US GAAP, advising clients on the economic and cultural issues involved with transactions, and guiding/ mentoring Associates and Senior Associates.
