We are seeking a dynamic senior specialist to aid with updating documents, testing controls, following up on any action plans for identified deficiencies and monitoring changes throughout the year. Located in the Houston Galleria area, this specialist will assist the Director - Internal Controls and process I control owners in order to implement the company's Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance program. Other responsibilities include directing and educating process I control owners about internal controls and SOX requirements.
