Develop and execute strategic account plans to minimize risk and losses and increase Servicer effectiveness. Ensure access to current servicer data related to performance and strategy. Resolve exceptions, review findings, and audit deficiencies and business problems. Build/maintain relationships with key servicing personnel in the Servicer's shop. Be the "go to" servicing expert for the Customer. Analysis of mega servicer performance statistics to identify constraints for targeted change.
