The Senior Director will help develop effective acquisition processes, with the Corporate and Business Unit leadership, which improve the company's effectiveness in the acquisition process. Interface with top tier investment banks, public accounting firms and law firms. The Senior Director will ensure that the Company and various Business Unit strategies are accurately reflected in proposed acquisitions.
