This position is the right hand to the VP of Tax. Responsible for planning, compliance, execution, and tax accounting. Will manage a staff, and also will hire as the department grows. Responsible for all issues to include SEC reporting, accommodating business expansion, structure, tax strategy, payroll registration etc.
