The Senior Financial Management Advisor will work directly with pilot financial institutions in Central Asia and Azerbaijan who are current or prospective investment clients with the overall objective of developing or/and improving the institutions capabilities in combination with an investment. Work closely with the Senior Operations Officer in setting up the program. Cooperate with the project Microfinance Initiative for Asia (MIfA) , a joint initiative with KfW that will also cover Central Asia.
