The Tax Operations Senior Manager will work with a team of finance and tax professionals to ensure compliance with regional/country/international Tax and financial accounting for tax regulations and requirements. Manage the the preparation of Healthcare's US Federal, State and Foreign Information Reporting. Partner with FP&A and Controllership during the forecasting and reporting cycles to forecast taxable income position, effective tax rate and associated tax cash-flow requirements. Provide quantitative analysis of tax attributes for planning opportunities and compliance requirements.
