This key finance position will be responsible for leading a team tasked with delivering proactive and insightful financial analysis, developing and distributing business-relevant financial information in a timely manner, improving our monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, and expanding the support role that Finance serves for the product development groups resident in our facility. The effective accomplishment of these duties will require skill at discerning requirements, clarifying objectives, defining and delegating tasks, and managing and motivating others.
