Liaise with management and sales to provide tax perspective on software licensing arrangements. Manage projects/engagements including coordinating the efforts of other departments and foreign offices. Ability to work independently and liaise with local bookkeepers to oversee all world-wide tax filings. Interact with third party service providers and coordination and assistance with federal and state income tax return preparation process.
