Duties include assisting with preparation and/or review of federal and state income tax returns for the parent company and its domestic subsidiaries, foreign and domestic tax provisions and deferred tax calculations. In addition, the qualified candidate will support US, foreign, state, and local tax audits and participate in various tax planning projects to minimize the Company's global effective tax rate.
