Assume full responsibility for planning, supervising, and controlling all phases of the firm's regular services for clients delegated by the Principal. Schedule, delegate, and review the tax work of staff members. Lead the decision making process on all but the most unusual tax matters, and inform the Principal of major developments or problems with the client's situation.
