Proactively review and analyze major acquisitions, divestitures, plant movements or other business transactions and identify any necessary GAAP reporting requirements. Work with Regional Tax Managers and the tax leadership team at WHQ to understand the Company's business operations and develop and implement strategic tax structures in response to the changing business environment.
