Oversees all aspects of the domestic income tax compliance, reporting, planning. In addition, the candidate will be comfortable interpreting tax statutes, and have a strong working knowledge of the requirements of FAS 109. Specific responsibilities exist for the filing of a federal consolidated income tax return, numerous state unitary, consolidated, combined and separate, tax returns and local tax filings. Minimal involvement in international, employment benefit plans and not-for profit tax issues. The person would report to the Director of Domestic Tax and be responsible for the supervision of two full-time employees and one intern.
