The U.S. Tax Manager will have responsibility for the domestic U.S. tax compliance function, including direct and indirect management of federal and state tax professionals. This role will also work closely with others in the U.S. and Canadian tax departments to support the tax provision processes (Canadian GAAP, US GAAP, and NAIC), audits and inquiries from tax jurisdictions as well as tax planning.
