The income tax accounting responsibilities include coordinating the accurate and timely completion of quarterly and annual FAS109 calculations. This person will be the primary manager and coordinator of the review processes completed by our independent auditors. Regarding tax compliance, this person will manager a co-sourcing arrangement with an external service provider (to be determined) who will be responsible for processing a number of federal, state and international income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments.
