Senior Managers supervise assignments by the professional accountants serving as Tax Consultants, Seniors and Managers. They have responsibility for the development and motivation of engagement staff and provide them with leadership, counseling and career guidance. They must identify and effectively communicate technical tax and service issues to the Partners and Directors responsible for the projects. They should work closely with Partners and Directors and support them in their role to identify service opportunities, manage client accounts and billing, and advance various Firm initiatives. They have proven, extensive technical expertise and have developed their reputation in a given industry/service line and are viewed as such by our practice offices.
