This position directs and controls the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups or service areas. Manages the U.S. tax planning and compliance function for international operations, including the preparation of Forms 5471, 1118, and Check the Box elections. Manages the foreign tax planning and compliance function for international operations via coordination with foreign based tax professionals within the company.
