Own the process for identifying, researching, resolving, and documenting solutions to complex accounting issues and questions through strong verbal and written communication skills. Manage an in-house repository of research questions and conclusions. Monitor accounting developments and disseminate information within the organization as needed. Develop and lead in-house GAAP training programs. Own accounting research tools and services and assist others with the use of such tools.
