Job Description:
This position is a key member of the management team and expected to contribute to strategic decision-making and the direction of this growing non profit. This individual will participate in the growth from a small to mid-sized organization. Responsibilities include all day-to-day finance and accounting including, but not limited to, financial reporting, annual operating plan and budget, analysis, bank relations, audit preparation and oversite, systems improvements, interaction with funders and subcontractors, and internal controls. Some travel may be necessary.
