Lead development of the business unit annual plan, including financial objectives and functional team objectives required for successful achievement of the business plan. Analyze operating results of the business entity versus approved plans and objectives; ensures soundness of business unit financial structure. Review working capital/cash flow requirements on a regular basis. Present operating and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts for review and approval by business unit President and company CFO.
