This position has oversight of AIC's Practice Management Department which will be responsible for: 1) training and educating advisors on practice management initiatives for their business; 2) developing acquisition plans for AIC's corporate RIA and broker/dealer; and 3) developing external partnerships and relationships to support advisor business growth. The goal of this department will be to increase revenues and retain business at the advisor level through effective practice management, thereby increasing AIC's revenue.
